Who We Are
Preserving culture through Exploration
Our Goal
Our goal is to help travelers discover the tour that best fits their travel style. Exploring Mongolia may seem challenging at first, but with our guidance and local expertise, your journey becomes smooth, authentic, and unforgettable.
Our Commitment to Local Communities
Every tour we run directly supports the nomadic families, local drivers, and communities we visit. We don't work with middlemen or large agencies — our entire team is Mongolian, our partners are local, and your travel money stays in Mongolia. When you travel with us, you're not just a tourist — you're contributing to the preservation of a way of life that has existed for thousands of years.

Jigden Bayarsaikhan
CEO & Founder
Jigden Bayarsaikhan is the CEO of Idre Tour Mongolia and Package Tour Mongolia, with over a decade of experience in Mongolia’s tourism industry. He was born and raised in Ömnögovi Province in a nomadic family, which gave him a deep connection to the country’s culture and landscapes. He began his career in 2010 under the guidance of his uncle, Iderzorig Sumya, founder of Idre Tour Mongolia. Starting as a driver and guide, he later advanced to a managerial role, gaining comprehensive, hands-on experience in all aspects of tour operations. Alongside his work, Jigden studied Business Administration in the United States for three years, combining international business knowledge with local expertise. Today, he leads both companies with a focus on delivering authentic, well-organized, and culturally immersive travel experiences across Mongolia.

Batgerel Byambatogtokh(Bata)
Manager & Guide
He was born in the central region of Mongolia and raised in a traditional nomadic family, where he developed a deep connection to the steppe, nature, and Mongolia’s rich cultural heritage. This upbringing played a key role in shaping his appreciation for authentic cultural experiences and his desire to share them with others. He later attended Green School Bali in Bali, where he gained an international perspective and developed strong cross-cultural communication skills. This global exposure enabled him to effectively connect with travelers from diverse backgrounds. During his university years, he began working as a tour guide as a side project. What started as a small opportunity quickly developed into a genuine passion, ultimately leading him toward a career in the tourism industry.
