Summer is the Best time visit Mongolia, starting from May till October.

Weather in Mongolia changes frequently so it's better to back different kinds of clothes but it really depends on which region you are gonna be travelling. Southern region of Mongolia like Gobi desert and Central Mongolia is pretty hot during summer and Autumn so you don't need warm clothes but Northern or Western Mongolia more cold and breezy most of the time.
